Have you ever been able to log into your Causemo Insights account? When you sign up for a Causemo Insights account, the first thing you have to do is go to your email inbox and click the verify email button in the email you received from email@example.com. If you have not yet done this, please check your email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders in the email account that you signed up with. The email is coming from firstname.lastname@example.org and can sometimes get filtered out of your inbox. Once you find that verification email, click the blue button in the email to verify. If you didn't verify, please re-sign up on insights.causemo.com with this same email address and then follow the steps in this help article.
If you found the verification email but forgot what password you used to sign up with, don't despair, simply re-sign up on insights.causemo.com with this same email address and then follow the steps in this help article. Make sure to write down your password as you will need it to log in after you click the verify button in the email you receive from email@example.com
If you did verify and were previously able to log into your Causemo Insights account, and can't remember your password don't worry, it happens to all of us. Simply click the "Forgot Password' link on insights.causemo.com and you will get an email to help you log back in. Don't forget to check your email spam, junk, and promotions folders for that email from us to get you logged back in.
